AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Standard Delivery is complimentary on all orders over AUD$65 delivered within Australia. Express Delivery is complimentary on all orders over AUD $150 delivered within Australia. All orders under AUD$65 will be charged a flat shipping rate of AU$10 for standard delivery and $15 for express delivery.

If you have provided an insufficient or incorrect address, please contact us within 30 minutes at info@tropicoolliving.com.au. Although we will endeavor to rectify the situation as best we can, we take no such responsibility if the address cannot be changed, and the order has been shipped.

Delivery times are based on standard shipping estimates throughout the year; however, please allow additional time during peak periods such as Christmas and sales events. Please be aware that the delivery times cannot be guaranteed. TROPICOOL LIVING cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Courier Companies. TROPICOOL LIVING cannot guarantee delivery on dates specified by the customer or those estimated arrival times provided by third-party couriers.

We will re-deliver, replace or refund an order (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.
