SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
TROPICOOL LIVING offers a free standard shipping on all Australian orders in a value from $65.01 to $150.00 and a free express shipping on all Australian orders over the value of $150.00.
Otherwise, on all other Australian orders there's a flat rate of $10.00 for standard shipping and a flat rate of $15.00 for express shipping.
We currently do not offer international orders through website www.tropicoolliving.com.au however. in case of interest please email to thankyou@tropicoolliving.com.au with your international order enquiry details.









ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All online orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and processed within 2-8 business days. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and pubic holidays. Express orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days and processed within 1-4 business days. Please note that during the Christmas or sale periods, there may be additional processing time.




DELIVERY TIMELINES & DELAYS

Please note that delivery timelines are established on estimated time of arrival from the dispatch date, not the date your order is placed. While we strive for prompt delivery, express orders are not guaranteed to arrive on time. If you're buying for a special occasion, please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery, as we use third-party couriers and we cannot control their capacity at the time of your purchase.

Once dispatched, please allow up to 8 business days for your order to arrive. The shipping duration is dependent on your shipping location within Australia, with additional shipping days possibly needed for interstate and regional deliveries.

Due to different circumstances, delivery times may extend past your estimated time of arrival. You will receive tracking information via email. This email will contain the courier company, estimated time of arrival and any further information relating to your delivery.

TROPICOOL LIVING cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Courier Companies. TROPICOOL LIVING cannot guarantee delivery on dates specified by the customer or those estimated arrival times provided by third-party couriers.

WHAT IF MY ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WITHIN THE ESTIMATED TIMEFRAME?
Tracking details will be sent to your via email once your order has been shipped. If you haven't received this information, please check your junk inbox. If you don't find the email with the tracking details, please do contact us via email to thankyou@tropicoolliving.com.au 
It is essential, you ensure, you have correctly entered your shipping address details (house number, street name, suburb, postcode and state) as we cannot be held responsible for orders that do not reach their destination due to address error. In the event of such errors, you may incur additional shipping charges, unless the mistake is the error of TROPICOOL LIVING. Please note that once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any responsibility for lost packages.
In case of failure to collect your parcel from your local courier depot of Australia Post, the order may be returned to TROPICOOL LIVING shipping address. If you request to re-send your order a second time will incur additional shipping charges. These charges apply even if your initial purchase qualified for a free shipping.

RETURNS
DAMAGE ORDER
We take great care in wrapping and packaging order for shipment. In the event, that your order arrives damaged, please email us to thankyou@tropicoolliving.com.au providing a description of the damage along with the photographic evidence, within 3 days of arrival. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, both the product/s and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any product packaging returned in a used condition will be considered faulty or damaged. Additional shipping charges for the customer returning the product may apply, or if applicable a refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return to TROPICOOL LIVING shipping address. For products returned in an unused condition, we will gladly provide a replacement.

CHANGE OF MIND
Although we are not able to process refund for changes of mind, we're thrilled to provide you with the opportunity to exchange your purchase for another delightful scent from our collection or any other product available on our website at the time or exchange, if the original choice doesn't suit your preferences. To be able successfully exchange your order, please follow the procedure below:
  • e-mail to thankyou@tropicoolliving.com.au with your purchase number, and new product/s you would like to receive in exchange for your original order,
  • the original order must be returned in unused condition. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees. We regret to inform you that if there is damage to the packaging or product, we won't be able to accept the exchange.
  • TROPICOOL LIVING will dispatch the exchanged product/s and the associated shipping costs will be at the customer expense.
  • Kindly, please be aware that additional shipping cost will be applicable to your order, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
