EASY RETURNS (Australia Only)

At TROPICOOL LIVING, we aim for every purchase to meet your expectations. If you change your mind or received an unwanted gift, you may return your item online under the following conditions:

1. Notification & Timeframe

Customers must notify TROPICOOL LIVING via email to info@tropicoolliving.com.au of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving the order.

Once TROPICOOL LIVING confirms the return via email, the item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days.

2. Eligibility

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, undamaged, and in original, undamaged packaging.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale and clearance items.
  • Custom or engraved orders.

3. Return Shipping

The customer is solely responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, taxes incurred and the cost of returning the package. 

  • Customers may arrange their own return shipping (at their own cost and risk).
  • Alternatively, TROPICOOL LIVING can provide a prepaid return label, and the postage cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Refunds

Customers may choose between:
a) Refund to the original payment method (processed within 3 business days after the return is approved; funds typically clear within 3–10 business days, depending on the payment provider).
b) Refund in the form of store credit.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

  • If an item is returned used, damaged, or not in its original undamaged packaging, the return will be rejected.
  • The customer may request the rejected item to be shipped back to them at their own expense.

6. Scope & Others

  • This Easy Returns Policy applies to Australian orders only purchased from the TROPICOOL LIVING online store.
  • We will re-deliver, replace or refund an order (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery.

6. Exclusions

  • Gift Cards are considered non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Sale / Clearance Items - all items marked as sale or final clearance are not eligible for returns or refunds unless deemed faulty. Please select carefully to avoid disappointment. 
  • Custom orders - any products with engraving or customization are not eligible for returns or refunds unless deemed faulty.

HOW TO PROCESS AN ONLINE RETURN?

Contact our returns team at info@tropicoolliving.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Full name the order was placed under,
  • Order number,
  • Reason for the return
  1. You will be emailed with a relevant information and return options / instructions.
  2. Please place item/s in the original shipping carton (if possible).
  3. Items must be returned in original condition including full packaging.
  4. The customer is solely responsible for the cost of returning the package, including any custom duties and taxes which may be incurred (except in instances where products arrive damaged, or incorrect products have been received).
  5. Once we have received your order it will be inspected to ensure it meets with the above conditions and a refund or store credit will be processed. 

The time it takes for funds to reflect in your account is determined by your banking institution. You will be notified via email once your return has been fully processed by TROPICOOL LIVING.

FAULTY CLAIMS

Each order is thoroughly checked by the TROPICOOL LIVING team prior to being sent out, however should you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods at info@tropicoolliving.com.au, with all information listed and provide clear imagery. We reserve the right to reject faulty claims over 7 days of receiving the goods. 

TROPICOOL LIVING reserves the right to reject returns at our own discretion. Please note that all shipping and handling charges are strictly non-refundable unless the item(s) received are either incorrect or faulty.

TROPICOOL LIVING will uphold all return, exchange and refund agreements that meet the above stipulations, however should a single customer make excessively frequent return requests we reserve the right to potentially reject processing further returns or exchanges.
