Tropicool Life Pty Ltd (ABN 57 653 354 511), trading as Tropicool Living ("we", "us", "our"), is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

This Policy applies to visitors and customers of www.tropicoolliving.com.au. It does not apply to information about businesses or corporations.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Please check this page periodically for changes.


Definitions

"Personal Information" means information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether true or not, and whether recorded in material form or not.

"Sensitive Information" includes information such as health information, racial or ethnic origin, or other categories defined under the Privacy Act. We do not intentionally collect Sensitive Information through this site.

Payment information (processed securely by Shopify Payments or our payment processor — we do not store your full card details);
Order history and purchase details;
Information you provide when contacting us or leaving a product review;
Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter.

Overseas Disclosure
