Tropicool Living ships within Australia only. Below is everything you need to know about processing, delivery, and what happens if something goes wrong along the way.


Where We Ship

We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Order Processing Time

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Townsville, Queensland, the same or next business day after your order is placed (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Please note: during peak periods — including Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and major sale events — dispatch may take up to 3 business days due to higher order volumes.

Because we're based in a regional location, we want to be upfront: total delivery time includes both our dispatch time and the courier's transit time once your order leaves us. See below for full delivery estimates.


Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery

  • Free on all orders AUD$89 and over
  • Flat rate of AUD$10 for orders under AUD$89


Express Delivery

  • Free on all orders AUD$150 and over
  • Flat rate of AUD$15 for orders under AUD$150

 

Delivery Timeframes

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, estimated transit times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days
  • Express Delivery: 1–4 business days


These timeframes begin from the date of dispatch, not the date your order is placed, and may vary depending on your delivery location — metro areas are generally faster, while regional and remote areas may take longer. Please allow extra time during peak periods such as Christmas and major sale events.

While we do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Tropicool Living is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once your order has left our warehouse, and we cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date, including for special occasions or events.

You will receive a tracking email once your order has been dispatched.


Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout — once an order is placed, we begin processing quickly, so there's a limited window to make changes.

If you've entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours of placing your order, at info@tropicoolliving.com.au. We'll do our best to update the address before dispatch, but once an order has been shipped, we're unable to guarantee changes and take no responsibility if the address cannot be corrected in time.

If a delivery is delayed or misdirected because we incorrectly addressed it, we will re-deliver, replace, or refund your order, at your choice.


Order Not Arrived?

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check the tracking link in your dispatch email for the latest status.
  2. Confirm the delivery address on your order was correct.
  3. Contact us at info@tropicoolliving.com.au and we'll help track it down with Australia Post.
